On 1 September 2008, on the Knowledge Day, the Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine will visit the Special Boarding School №15 for the children with consequences of poliomyelitis and cerebral palsy in Kyiv. Within the scope of the visit, the Head of the Ukrainian Parliament will take part in the holiday of the First Ring, personally greet the pupils of the school with the beginning of a new academic year, and present valuable gifts.
